Year 6 Visit to the Passage

Four children from our Year 6 classes made the journey to the Passage on Friday morning to hand over the Lenten Alms contributions that were so generously donated by families during the school’s Lenten appeal. They met the director of the charity and were shown round the “heart ” of the organisation – the kitchen. The children discussed possible ways of raising funds through various projects that could be used to help the homeless who access the centre. The staff were very impressed by the children’s manners and impeccable behaviour.
